And there are just a few rules:
Once you register, you can vote once every twenty-four hours.
You must vote in half the categories for the ballot to count. We are just getting too many ballots with one category filled out.
We reserve the right not to count ballots that are from fake e-mail addresses, or are obvious multiple votes from the same users.
We really do appreciate the enthusiasm of people who vote a lot (this *is* a popularity contest, after all), and that's why we decided to allow daily voting, but please, don't stuff the box by making up a bunch of bogus addresses (especially if they have your band's name in them, which happens every year), we can tell, it makes you look like a clown, and it's just a pain. We could make it really hard to vote, but that's no fun. So play nice!
